An imbalanced gut microbiome affects so many other health conditions; including inflammatory bowel diseases, hormone fluctuations, weight loss/gain and mental wellbeing. We educate clients about living with a healthy gut and help work through food elimination and reintroduction.

We can provide you with expert advice to help you gain quality of life, stablise your blood sugar levels, balance your meals and improve overall health markers.

INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE - CROHN'S DISEASE

Learn to manage inflammatory bowel disease with our help as we provide guidance and support through food, lifestyle and supplementation.

With the amount of conflicting information available to us, this can make nutrition confusing. We are here to simplify nutrition for you whilst figuring out which approach is most suitable for you and your goals.

Finding you wake up with brain fog or struggle to maintain mental clarity throughout the day? Nutrition and timing of food consumption is vital for overall energy production, brain clarity and mood production. We guide and teach out clients all they need to know to get the most out of their day. 

HOW IT WORKS

In-person and remote consultations

We provide both in person one on one consultations ongoing.
Clients receive an Individual meal plan which includes supplement protocol, goal sheet, plan of attack and recipes.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation provides us an opportunity to explore your goals, medical history, health concerns; nutritional, emotional and/or physical reasons for seeing a nutritionist. It can also include a body composition assessment*. You will receive a customised meal plan and plan of attack specific to your goals and dietary preferences, with personalised supplement recommendations if necessary.

Follow up Consultation

These sessions are designed to assess progress, revise any goals and make any small changes to the plan where necessary. Follow ups are recommended to be booked every 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation to ensure accountability, accurate revisions and continued support to help you achieve your goals.

Additional cost for full meal plan revisions or athlete meal plans - based on complexity.

One off consultation

This is a one off appointment allowing you the chance to have a qualified nutritionist go over your current eating regime and provide advice to help you see further progress toward your goals.

Body Assessment

This check-in is a short appointment to monitor your progress and re-assess body composition goals. If you are serious about losing body fat or gaining lean muscle without committing to a full plan, these short follow-ups are excellent for keeping you on track with your goals.

Athlete Competition (8 week plan)

This plan is specifically designed to prepare CrossFit athletes for their up and coming competition. 

Athlete’s commitment:

1 x 60min Initial consultation, 4 x 30min follow-up sessions every fortnight

What you will receive: 

Personalised plan specific to your training calendar, tips and strategies for performance, personalised supplement protocol, meal timing and specific food concepts and ideas, sleep and recovery hacks, stress management tips, and ways to help improve energy. Clients will also receive a specific meal plan for competition weekend, unlimited email and message communication throughout the 8 weeks.

Weight Loss Plan (6 Weeks)

This plan is specifically designed to help you lose unwanted body fat while improving health and energy levels.

What's included:

1 x 60min Initial consultation, 3 x 20-30min Follow-up consultations (online or in-person)

What you will receive: 

Personalised plan recommendations specific to your goals, tips and strategies for weight management, effective exercise, sleep hacks, stress management tips, and ways to improve energy. Body composition analysis is also available and monitored fortnightly to assess progress, unlimited communication via email or message.
